Clients from EU can choose between the following delivery method:
Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals, Omniva (Eesti post) or DPD Parcel-Shop.
For customers outside the EU are able to choose between Omniva (Eesti post) and the EMS.
All informations contained in customer account will be used only for the purpose of managing customer's orders or send eshop updates and will be never disclosed to any third party.
You may ask for order cancellation only if your order has not already been shipped or delivered at your shipping address.
If your order has been sent you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order.
After the order delivery you have 14 days to return it or exchange it by sending a corresponding message with the order number to email@example.com. Returns or exchanges to Lapssi.eu shop are not accepted.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact and any accessories included, in perfect condition for re-sale. They must not therefore have been worn, washed or damaged. Swimsuits or intimate apparel may not be returned. Customer must cover all back shipping costs.
