Clients from EU can choose between the following delivery method:

Omniva (Eesti post) or DPD Parcel-Shop.

For customers outside the EU are able to choose Omniva (Eesti post) 


All informations contained in customer account will be used only for the purpose of managing customer's orders or send eshop updates and will be never disclosed to any third party.



You may ask for order cancellation only if your order has not already been shipped or delivered at your shipping address. If your order has been sent you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order.

After the order delivery you have 14 days to return it or exchange it by sending a corresponding message with the order number to Returns or exchanges to shop are not accepted.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact and any accessories included, in perfect condition for re-sale. They must not therefore have been worn, washed or damaged.

Swimsuits or intimate apparel may not be returned.

Customer must cover all back shipping costs.



Orders can be placed by first locating the product(s) that you would like to purchase. Once you have found what you would like to buy, be sure to select the appropriate product attributes then select “Add to Cart”. The shopping cart can be found on the top right of your screen, and will show that your item has been added by indicating the number of items it contains.

Click on your basket to access a summary of your order. To complete your order, simply click on 'proceed to checkout'. You will now access a form for you to enter your delivery and billing addresses. Fill in the fields with as much detail as possible as they will be used by the carrier to send your order.

A box for entering any special order code is also provided. If you have received one of our special order codes, don't forget to enter it in the area indicated so that you will receive your special offer.

Next, select the payment method you would like to use for your order. Having confirmed your details you will receive an email confirming your order.



Prices shown on this website are in Euros (€).Payment can be submitted through bank payment using parameters given during checkout procedure.

In the event of payment via the Internet bank, the payment will be deemed as made upon accrual of the sum to LAPSSI OÜ’s bank account. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order.



Order status can be viewed by logging in customer personal account, under "My Orders" section. Order status will be updated as "completed" when shipped. Customer may request in any moment updates about order status by email.



Customer may update his personal account information at any time by logging in his account panel. Variation or deletion of personal customer account may be requested directly by email at
